林恩

Lynn是Prakasa的创始人。她是大中华区精英瑜伽老师的耐克大师级教练，也是在中国启动瑜伽运动的关键人物。

她周游世界，将尖端的瑜伽概念带到中国。她的教学和瑜伽生涯不仅专注于身体，还探索心灵和生活的意义。

在教瑜伽之前，她是一名职业武术运动员。在她18年的武术生涯中，她代表中国国家队赢得了许多金牌。现在在她的瑜伽教学中，她将中国武术的精髓与瑜伽相结合，创造了功夫瑜伽系统，并更全面地延伸了中国武术的辉煌。
